Our focus is to develop every individual to excel in three areas; sales, leadership, and management.
Sales Training
Dzurenda takes a hands on approach to the sales training. We feel the best way to learn is by doing. Throughout this process, an individual will learn how to generate sales by utilizing a consultative approach. This provides a comforting, yet empowering environment for the consumer during the sales presentation. After formal training of the product knowledge and development on our sales techniques, individuals show a high level of success in a very short amount of time.
Leadership Training
Leadership is influence. A great leader must have a great amount of influence. To create change without, you must first change within. Dzurenda's leadership training begins with personal development. Individuals will learn how to be effective in areas such as organization, time management, and money management. Throughout this process, other skills that will be developed are public speaking, team building, and the development of others. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Management Training
A manager's success is determined by the efficiency of the workplace. Individuals will learn entrepreneurial skill sets that will help them to succeed in this role. Throughout this process, areas of development will include situational leadership techniques, Franklin Covey training, and a better understanding of business finances. With our continual expansion plans, developing an effective manager is our top priority.
